(Becky, Me, And then Michelle is under my head)
HEY FAMILY!!! This past weekend over Easter, I visited my roommate Michelle’s house again. I had a blast! We dyed our hair, ate good homemade food, sold homemade candles (that Michelle’s mother had maid) for our account, and got some much-needed rest.
GOOD NEWS!!!! I have officially completed IET (Intensive Elective Training) Phase 1!!! It was a log of work, but totally worth it. I have learned so much because of the assignments in this class. There are 2 more phases and I am a bit nervous but i am also really excited to do them. The last book that I had to read was called, "Living in Light of Eternity" By J.P. Yohannan.---IT WAS AWESOME! I really enjoyed reading this book. These are two quotes from the book that iI really liked. “Without prayer your walk with the Lord will lack substance and credibility. With prayer your walk with the Lord will be victorious, since prayer is the weapon of warfare that guarantees victory. Unless we are spending time with the Lord, we cannot understand what it means to follow Christ.” AND “’If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.’ This can happen only through an all-out surrender of ourselves to the Lord Jesus Christ. It means acknowledging the Lordship of Christ in our lives, not just in theory but in practice.”

I miss you all!! I am really enjoying being here in Texas. Wish me luck-tomorrow is try-outs to do the Excape and Evasion LTE (LOTS OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE ALL AT ONCE!! AHH).
